3 - Sync Frequency

Last updated 1 year ago

In this step you have to choose the frequency your data will be retrieved and write from your source to the destination.

Based on your tier, you can choose from:

  • Free Tier: just once a week

  • Standard Tier: from once a month to once an hour

  • Professional Tier: from once a month to once every 15 minutes

The important thing to understand is that the sync frequency value represent the time between the start of an installation run and another.

Let's make an example: Let's say that you set the ERP Bridge sync frequency at 15 minutes and the installation with all its operations takes 20 minutes to be performed. This means that the installation will run every operations in sequential order and as soon as the last ends, a new run will start. That's because the sync frequency is less then the complete run's duration.

Let' make a different example: Let's say that you set the ERP Bridge sync frequency at 15 minutes and the installation with all its operations takes 5 minutes to be performed. This means that the installation will run every operations in sequential order, then waits for 5 minutes and then start a new run.

This property will be editable in the future at the end of the wizard.
